To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
It's not often that I feel confident enough to give a 100% guarantee. In fact, this may be a first. But I can assure you, with total certainty, that if you play this deck, at no time will your opponent know what is happening to them. To begin with, no reasonable person would believe that a deck's only win conditions would be four lightning bolts. I mean; that's insane, right? I'm no mathemagician but I feel pretty strongly that three times four is less than twenty. Check my work if need be. Apparently, MTGO userSEANDK, discovered how to bend the immutable laws of the universe on his way to a 4 - 0 daily finish. As it so happens, Pyromancer Ascension and Noxious Revival allow you to gain enough extra mileage out of your bolts to seal the deal. The rest of the deck is just dig spells.
On the surface it may look a bit like your average Storm list, until you realize that there are no Rituals. It's all-in on the Ascension plan. Just like storm, the deck blanks most main deck removal and is pretty difficult to interact with, especially if you fail to keep an Ascension off of the table. So let's presume that game one goes poorly for your opponent. But they feel like they've got a pretty good handle on things and as it so happens they have a ton of graveyard hate to board in for their useless removal spells. Check and mate. Ascension shenanigans go out and a tempo twin package comes in. The old bait and switch. Just as your opponent smugly resolves a Rest in Peace or a Rule of Law you smile, say it resolves, cast an EOT Exarch, untap and kill them with a billionty faeries.
"What?" They are likely to ask.
Be nice to them. This is a difficult moment. They are confused.
