Viewing revision 93. There is a more recent version of this deck.
This deck is intended to be a non-competative but high powered battlecruiser deck themed towards defensive play (hence building an ivory tower to hole-up in).
For building said ivory tower, Defense of the Heart is the most important enchantment in the deck. Sterling Grove and Idyllic Tutor can both pull it from your library, Lithoform Engine can copy it on the stack and then copy its upkeep trigger (resulting in getting to pull 6 creatures from your library), and Hall of Heliod's Generosity can get Defense of the Heart back from the graveyard (both Sylvan Scrying and Weathered Wayfarer can pull Hall of Heliod's Generosity from your library).
Some good combination of pulling creatures via Defense of the Heart are as follows:
1) Shalai, Voice of Plenty + Sigarda, Font of Blessings. These are the two most important to pull first, since they make you and all of your permanents hexproof.
2) Avacyn, Angel of Hope + Sigarda, Host of Herons. These two make all of your permanents indestructible and you can't be forced to sacrifice them.
3) Nykthos Paragon + Iridescent Hornbeetle. Nykthos Paragon buffs your creatures, and as it does this it results in an exponential increase of 1/1 insects each turn via Iridescent Hornbeetle.
4) Platinum Angel + Destiny Spinner. This prevents you from losing / opponents from winning, and also prevents opponents countering any creature or enchantment spells you cast going forward.
Once these pieces are in play, it's very difficult for an opponent to win the game and the only way to undo your boardstate is through mass -1/-1 counters, mass exile, or mass return permanents to hand.
