Dr. Kylie Moriarty, having just aided in the forgiveness of several planeswalkers at the cost of all memories of their past, is back to making mutants. That becomes a specialized aspect of this deck, loads of +1/+1 counters.

Being the only people who could not be forgiven and insisted that they weren't wrong just because they broke every law on the planet at-will, the Americans continued to act like a threat to the rest of the planet. They began using their technology in the air to spy on everyone else, and laughed that their stealth technology could not be stopped by anything.

Considering Shalai and Hallar a failed cloning experiment, Kylie completes a new clone of pure Shalai, Voice of Plenty, and lets Shalai go where she will. This is when Shalai and Hallar discovers the threat from American spy drones, who just happened to be trying to spy on Kylie's lab. Shalai chased them off, then went back to Kylie with a captured drone and demanded something be done.

So, Kylie sighed and relented, allowing Shalai and Hallar her first command. She gives her the mutants she's been working on, after ensuring the drone cannot give any further information to the colonists.

Though it was against her instincts to intervene in American matters anymore because she knows the place an irredeemable wasteland, Kylie responded to the pleas of her clones of Purphoros, Oketra and Karametra, and drained her 99-point, almost ready Helix Pinnacle, which she was going to use to gain the power to cleanse and undo all planeswalker distortion. With the power Kylie drained from her Helix Pinnacle, she whipped up a Hurricane like nothing that had ever been seen before or since, which destroyed all of the water and air-based spy drones. It halted the American project and protected the rest of the world, especially England.

Displeased that her near-completed project was ruined, Kylie gets another idea. She can make storms without draining her Helix Pinnacle if she gets help from land search creatures. So Kylie gets to work, refining and developing a rather brilliant, if crazy, scheme to not just blast anyone who threatens Great Britain out of the sky with Hurricane or Squall Line. She can also shuffle her graveyard back into her library, and then there's the draw.

Unlike the U. S., Kylie cares about her home country, England, and sees it as her patriotic duty not to let her own magic bring ruin to it, so she produces a clone of Circle of Protection: Green to render Kylie's storm magic harmless to the local populace.

Mayael's Aria, Gavony Township, Cathars' Crusade, Archangel of Thune and a clone of Shalai, Voice of Plenty, work to shore up weak fliers. But to prevent the creatures from dying in the constantly returning storms, Kylie provides a Rite of Passage for those who survive, while Death's Presence allows those who are on the borders of survival to live while those who are too weak die and give them their counters to pull the borderliners through.

Led by Shalai and Hallar, and assisted by Utvara Hellkite and a clone of Dragon Broodmother, angel tokens and dragon tokens get straight to work protecting those they can, while lifelink soldiers and cats patrol the land, all populated as needed.

And then there's Kylie's clone of Rhonas the Indomitable. He stands out as a means to strengthen any one creature in Kylie's army temporarily. This can be useful as a simple way to get +1/+1 counters on another creature if Rhonas intervenes when a creature is about to die should Death's Presence be around. But Rhonas can also be useful in finishing off an adversary with their own creature should he choose to. The trick is to use Rhonas to pump up an opponent's attacking creature until their damage exceeds by over five the life of said opponent. Then, at the last moment, using Reflect Damage and slaying the opponent with his own buffed up creature.

Lastly, there is the matter of the Qasali Slingers, and his assistant, Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse. Armed with Liquimetal Coating, these cards provide the removal this deck was missing, along with Hoard-Smelter Dragon, Into the Core and Rain of Rust.

Let the Song of Storms be sung!
