Inspired from watching some people play casual EDH, I decided to build some commander decks with silver-bordered commanders. The aim of this is to build around the commander and their abilities or theme and just have fun in a playgroup (specifically ones okay with this type of casualness).

One of four silver-bordered commander decks I've crafted, Pippa is fairly simple in what this deck wants to do: roll some dice! Get some benefits from your results as well. Majority of the cards within this deck either help you get better results or net you something from rolling dice.

With the focus on rolling dice, your main win condition is As Luck Should Have It. However, since a lot of cards in this deck gain +1/+1 counters from rolling dice, Simic Ascendancy is another win condition within the deck.

Getting either enchantment out makes you a threat to your opponents, so you'll want to set up your board a bit before you drop threats like those.
