Coveting Vampires (EDH / Commander)

This vampire tribal deck comes with a twist, it allows you to play your opponents' cards as well as your own. Whenever your commander or another vampire enters the battlefield under your control, you exile the top card of each player's library with collection counters on them. With your commander out, once each turn, you can play a card exiled with a collection counter on it and spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them!

With this commander, you'll increase the options you have at your disposal. There's also several other cards in the deck that let you steal from your opponents as well. Arvinox, the Mind Flail, Etali, Primal Storm, Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge, Nassari, Dean of Expression, Hurl Through Hell, Siphon Insight, Fevered Suspicion, and Predators' Hour let you play your opponents' cards as your own. With Propser, Tome-Bound and Wild-Magic Sorcerer, you'll reap some benefits from playing cards from exile as well.

Since your commander's ability triggers off of vampires entering the battlefield, there's plenty of vampire cards within this deck to get those triggers. On top of that, there is tribal synergy incorporated into the deck as well. Use Malakir Bloodwitch and Blood Tribute to make your opponents suffer and reap all the life they lost. Panharmonicon, Molten Echoes, and Reflections of Littjara will allow for multiple triggers on your commander's first ability, while the latter two cards will also increase the size of your vampire army. You can also board wipe with Blasphemous Act, Kindred Dominance, and Olivia's Wrath.
