Prepare for a slow start. This deck wants to build a base of mana and, hopefully, a supporting artifact or enchantment for the army after 4 turns. Turn 5, start looking for the moment to wipe the board and get Akroma Vision of Ixidor out. The win condition is one or two opponents with Akroma commander damage, with other opponents on pure damage from the army and Kediss Emberclaw Familiar triggers. There really is no back-up win condition outside of the army.

The deck can survive boardwipes as some cards protect and recur. Don't be afraid to blast your own board in order to remove a threat. You have plenty of ammunition to ramp up again, and you only need one unprotected opponent for the Akroma/Kediss combination to work wonders.

Losing Akroma is the biggest risk. Expect to recast her once at 9 CMC, but after that its pretty rough. Have the mana base to get her back out if you blow her up yourself. You can also hold back Hellkite Courser for emergencies.

This is a slow, casual deck that packs a punch. You can boardwipe 3 or 4 times to keep giving yourself a chance. Target opponents that want to control or counter Akroma, or opponents that are simply too fast for this deck to hang with. You need to slow the game down, blow stuff up, and slug it out.
