T1: CHANGELING OUTCAST or SLUMBERING DRAGON
T2: DRAGON TEMPEST
T3: DRAGON EGG or three one mana Dragons & Shapeshifters or Instants
T4: SHIFTING SHADOW (on DRAGON EGG) & UNIVERSAL AUTOMATON
T5: multiple one mana Dragons & Shapeshifters or Instants
T6: Win!

This is a Tribal Dragon Deck. that doesn't actually have that much dragons... it's mostly Shapeshifters like MOTHDUST CHANGELING, CHANGELING OUTCAST and UNIVERSAL AUTOMATON acting as Dragons - and then we have the low mana SLUMBERING DRAGON, DRAGON EGG and SMOLDERING EGG.

The most important card in the deck is DRAGON TEMPEST - everything evolvs around it and the deck trys EVERYTHING to find this card in the first round and play it in the second. To do so we have SCHEMING SYMMETRY and SPOILS OF THE VAULT in place if we don't draw it organicly - occasionally mulling is necessary if not of the three is in the opening hand.

DRAGON TEMPEST is such an important card because it deals accumulative damage each time you cast a dragon (Shapeshifter) - 1 Dragon = 1 Damage, 2 Dragon = 2 Damage, 3 Dragon = 3 Damage, and so on. Adding to this damage we have the cheap card draw card VILLAGE RITES and SIGN IN BLOOD to fuel our dragon engine. These Spells can help to transform SMOLDERING EGG, but this is usually not even necessary... because the game is over before it transforms.

When we have DRAGON TEMPEST in place, you would want to tutor or draw SHIFTING SHADOW (this is not allowed in MODERN,but such a cool card in this deck) - Shifting Shadow brings in a new dragon / Shapeshifter each turn without any mana cost and deals damage everytime. SHIFTING SHADOW is a beast with the DRAGON EGG. In the following round you'll have a 4/4 Dragon Token and get another Dragon/Shapeshifter - which fuels DRAGON TEMPEST even more. This would also be my second choice to tutor if you draw one.

IF YOU WANT TO PLAY MODERN: As a replacement for SHIFTING SHADOW I would reccomend IMMERSTURM PREDATOR. Sacrifice creatures with him and get them back with HAVEN OF THE SPIRIT DRAGON - which fuels DRAGON TEMPEST the same way... but slower.

I hope you enjoy the deck.

Let me know what you think of it.
