Lavinia: Aaron 1.0 (EDH / Commander)

-Overview-

This deck is built to control/stax out the game until you feel like winning with Omen Machine or Knowledge Pool and Lavinia, Azorius Renegade ability to counter all spells opponents play.
There is land destruction to play off of Lavinia, Azorius Renegade first ability.
There are extra turn spells as requested, however, to improve the deck they should be replaced.
There are some cards in the sideboard that may be fun to switch in.

-Strategies-

Ideally you want to get Lavinia, Azorius Renegade out turn 1 to slow other players, especially if you are first.
Narset, Parter of Veils or Alms Collector and Timetwister or Windfall will fill your hand, while emptying opponents hands.]
Displacer Kitten can be used to bounce artifacts to untap them for more mana, or to bounce planeswalkers to allow you to use their abilities again, this does reset their loyalty counters though.
Playing anything restricting players to 1 cast per turn, or 1 draw per turn may slow you down, but you will be in the best position to benefit from it.
Urza's Saga can grab Chalice of the Void or Pithing Needle if you need to, otherwise grab ramp. Grabbing ramp that gives color prepares you for land destruction.

-Notes-

Teferi, Master of Time can be used on other players turns too. So in a 4 player game you can use his abilities 4 times in a turn cycle, once on each players turn.
Blind Obedience has extort, it could be good to use spare mana to drain people a little, its not much, but it could be the difference in a longer game. Make sure to think about if you need the mana for control or protection spells.
Sevinne's Reclamation can get lands out of the graveyard if you need to.
With Counterbalance in play, you can use Enlightened Tutor, Mystical Tutor, or Brainstorm to manipulate your top deck to find a counter.
Using Wasteland or Strip Mine on a player early can practically take them out of the game, especially if you have artifacts and Lavinia, Azorius Renegade on the field.
Chalice of the Void can be played for 0 to counter 0 cost spells, but shouldn't be needed with Lavinia, Azorius Renegade on the field. Usually 1,2,or 3 is a safe bet unless you are aiming to shut off a certain spell.
Nexus of Fate can help prevent you from being milled as long as it isn't in your hand.
