  • Caged Sun
    Note: These will generate the blue mana needed for the buyback spell, letting you go infinite on the spot.

3) Use a buyback spell to copy a win condition enough to win.

General Notes:

  • Sapphire Medallion - Key card. Use your tutors to get this.
  • Archmage Emeritus - Good card draw, but be careful about copying it. The draw is mandatory, which limits your ability to cast infinite instants.
  • Idol of Oblivion - Great draw engine when Orvar is out.
  • Mind Games - Least versatile of the 3 buyback spells due to the extra blue needed.

This version of the deck is very light on interaction. Adjust to playgroup.
