Suspend Alaundo (EDH / Commander)

It's a fairly annoying deck. It typically results in very long turns of using Alaundo, then untapping him in various ways. Ideally, you can quickly get recurring suspend spells that resuspend themselves on use into circulation so that when your whole board of opponents turn on you and focus-fire Alaundo, you have long-term value out of him they're unlikely to do anything about. I'll most likely work things like a couple counterspells, Beast Within, and things like into the deck, but to be perfectly honest, I'd rather just get more value out of Alaundo as I can before he basically becomes unplayable. The insane lead he can give you on other players if you can get a solid couple rounds of Murkfiend Liege or Intruder Alarm can be absolutely devastating. And again, if you can get all your recurring suspend spells going, they'll survive board wipes and keep gaining value. If your opponents all want to focus counterspells on them, they'll still have gotten a lot of value beforehand, and take counterspells out of their decks that could be used on everything else you're doing.
