So, this is the non-Arcbound version of my Preston deck. As much as I would like to make Arcbound creatures work(seeing as Modular gets a lot of value out of Preston's token-creation passive), I do believe that this is probably just the better deck on average. I mostly made it to see what one that wasn't hobbled by my Arcbound creatures would look like, and I have to admit it's pretty stark.

Anyway, about the deck. There's a focus on blinking to produce tokens with the commander. Lots of ETB triggers, lots of powerstones, lots of creatures with useful abilities. A good game for the deck is one where you can get a bunch of powerstone tokens out and repeatedly use abilities to blink creatures to make lots of creature tokens. Alternately, the powerstones can be sacrificed to things like Arcbound Ravager or Krark-Clan Ironworks to gain value in other ways.

The deck has a lot of potential infinite combos, all revolving around the commander, and honestly it's probably very valuable to make sure you can either blink-protect the commander, or have plenty of mana to recast him because he drastically changes the value of everything happening. I plan to personally avoid using infinite combos in my local game group, but you do you.

Worth being aware, if you're not familiar with Colorless Powerstone Token that you can't use the mana to CAST anything but artifacts, but that doesn't exclude you from using it on abilities of permanents, like the commander, or Eldrazi Displacer, or any of the lands with abilities like War Room, Hall of Tagsin, Karn's Bastion, or Plaza of Heroes. Use your blinks to save yourself from board wipes. Remember your commander can provide removal at cost of your token creatures.
