Strategy

Your hope is to start play with a ramping creature that slap lands into play from your hand. This will net you four/five lands by turn 3, after which you can play Yasharn to acquire more lands.
Creatures and enchantments in the "Numbers Go Up" category care about lands entering, and many will get stronger by having more lands. Two equipment cards in the deck, Adventuring Gear and Skyclave Pick-Axe, also provide this benefit.
A modest amount of blinking is provided to grant more lands off of Yasharn, or better yet to be used on a Cultivator Colossus.

After this, the goal is to produce a massive creature and slap it against opponents until they die. You can restock your hand with card draw that is based on your highest power among creatures, such as Hunter's Insight; Garruk, Primal Hunter; Return of the Wildspeaker, Thickest in the Thicket, and Rishkar's Expertise.

Better yet, if you can resolve a Cultivator Colossus, all will be well in the world. The only tutoring in the deck comes from Chord of Calling.

Deckbuilding Considerations

I put Chord of Calling in because I happen to have one and Cultivator Colossus is a must. Other options, and these should really go in the deck, are Fierce Empath (best), Mwonvuli Beast Tracker,
Primal Command (doubles as interaction), and Brutalizer Exarch (I like this guy; potentially interactive and blinkable).

Improvements

• More tutors: Fierce Empath (best), Mwonvuli Beast Tracker, Primal Command (doubles as interaction), and Brutalizer Exarch (I like this guy; potentially interactive and blinkable).
• Recursive landfall (Guildless Commons and Selesnya Sanctuary?)

Budgeting

• Chord of Calling could be replaced by any of the aforementioned tutors
• Three of the lands are pretty expensive: Bountiful Promenade; Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth; and Dryad Arbor.
• Guardian Project could be replaced by some other enchantment; Garruk's Uprising perhaps.
