Red Blitzkrieg (Pauper)

Kiln Fiend is by far the best threat in the deck and allows us to kill on turn 3 reasonably easily with a double strike spell.

Immolating Souleater is a fantastic threat that is also really difficult for opponents to play around. However, it does allow for blowouts against you when you pay a bunch of life and it gets removed.

Satyr Hoplite is a bit more of a grindy threat than the other two but can still get in big damage in one go and will win the game if it sticks around.

Gitaxian Probe allows us to see our opponents hand to decide if it is safe to go for it; trigger Kiln Fiend and allows us to play a 56 card deck. The life loss is no real downside as we are going to be outracing the vast majority of other decks so all in all, the card is just great.

Assualt Strobe is plain and simple allowing us to kill our opponents out of nowhere with Kiln Fiend and Immolating Souleater.

Temur Battle Rage is our most effective win condition as it usually gives trample, going over chump blockers which is one of the decks main issues.

Both Titan’s Strength and Brute Force pair with a double strike spell to allow a one-shot kill with Kiln Fiend and also lets you ruin your opponents plans for blocking.

Mutagenic Growth consistently catches opponents of guard as you can play it for free and can also be extremely explosive in multiples.

Apostle’s Blessing is a useful card against control decks to protect you creature from removal. However, people often miss the fact that it is also great at pushing through damage by negating the effectiveness of blockers

Simian Spirit Guide is fantastic in this deck as it allows for a turn 2 kill with a great draw. If you can slam either Kiln Fiend or Immolating Souleater on turn 1 you are likely going to win fairly easily. You can also surprise your opponent with an Apostle’s Blessing if you have that and Simian Spirit Guide up.
