The idea is to play Tireless tribe on turn 1 and on turn 2 play inside out, discard 5 cards and hit with a 21/1 creature.

The Oliphaunt and the Troll of Khazad-dûm are for cycling lands although for them and the Tribeless tribe you can use Exhume and remove them from the graveyard.

In later turns (minimum turn 5) you can make a 21/1 creature with Tireless tribe + Inside out and deal 21 points of damage with Fling.

Also Tireless tribe with Tainted strike + Assault Strobe + Inside out + discard a card can give you victory.

I have included several cards that act as a draw engine to always have cards in my hand.

Cards with Madness like Fiery temper and Alms of the vein are in the deck to be played when you discard them with Tireless tribe.
