The plan is (kinda ?) simple !

Sit back, build up tokens whiles laying low until you can make a huge turn to (hopefully) win the game !
Do your best to control/slow down your opponent's while protecting your token (Remember each token is essentially 1 extra mana)

The win paths are usually casting a huge X spell like Comet Storm, Crackle with Power, Jaya's Immolating Inferno or Mass Manipulation.
HOWEVER a more spicy win in with Haze of Rage wich as long as you have 3 tokens can be cast again and again for every red mana you have before one tapping your opponents !
Haze of Rage can be tutored up with any of your tutors (as all over X spells) but can also be fetched with Muddle the Mixture.

Spell like Nanogene Conversion, Irenicus's Vile Duplication, Song of Totentanz, Tempt with Vengeance and Goblin Offensive can also be used as massive rituals to create tons of mana !

The safest way to play the deck is to cast your commander only when you can do a big turn with him however if you are playing in a lower interraction pod, having him on the board makes the whole play experience a lot smoother/more enjoyable.

With Magnus on the board and 3+ tokens you can already threaten a win using a ritual and a finisher !

This used to be my "very strong deck" (Sadly Magnus simply does not have what it takes to hold his own in a high power table) in it's current state, I've cut a bunch of the more expensive cards in order to make it more budget friendly and acceptable at lower power table.
It's biggest problem being that it is really easy to shut down and it being pretty damn slow.

Anyway enjoy !
