Alright, so Darth Vader has built up a truly impressive collection of war machines and force powers, but how does it play? Unsurprisingly, the power of money is actually a thing: this deck is scary. The power of mana rocks are highlighted in the early game, letting you throw down lots of mana early and then start playing out your powerful engines as soon as possible.

In the mid game you're likely already set for mana and can play out your commander alongside multiple engines or powerhouse plays. A lot of the time you'll be accumulating steady value while hammering in with a 4/4 every combat, and that's just at the bare minimum. More likely, you'll be able to start doing silly things like exiling a creature every turn with a Drach'Nyen or accumulating force ghosts with Helm of the Host.

In the late game, you'll be spoiled for options and potentially burying the rest of the table in the kind of value you've been generating. While you are very likely going to be able to run away with the game on the back of all that, but there are also a few combos hiding in the list. Vader's artificial body, in the form of Gonti's Aether Heart is very easy to generate near-infinite turns with- just copy it with your Commander when you have enough energy and keep chaining those turns until all those pesky Rebels are defeated.
