Total graveyard abuse. Reanimate all the things, make mimeoplasm a 1, 2, or 3 turn kill with potential abilities like shroud, hexproof, flying, trample, islandwalk, deathtouch, and swampwalk (and that's just what's in the deck, not to mention what you can take from your enemies). Reanimate for value, utility, and fatties. Summary of card choices/interactions:
Sheoldred+Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth: s'walk this way. Sheoldred also helps with the recursion package, and Fleshbag Marauder is especially brutal to loop with her. She can also be a plasm target in a pinch if an urborg is in play.
Snapcaster Mage, Disciple of Bolas, Archaeomancer, Fleshbag Marauder, Clever Impersonator, Yavimaya Elder, Eternal Witness, Acidic Slime, Shadowborn Demon, Body Double, Diluvian Primordial, Massacre Wurm, Shriekmaw, and Sphinx of Lost Truths: Toolbox for what you need. Ride the train to valuetown.
Death's Shadow, Invisible Stalker, Ghoultree (and Phyrexian Dreadnaught when I get one): Strictly mimeoplasm targets. Ghoultree also funtions as a good beater if Brawn and/or Wonder are in the gy, and can potentially be cast for a single G.
Soul of Innistrad, Sheoldred, Inkwell Leviathan, It That Betrays, Massacre Wurm, Diluvian Primordial: The fat for reanimator targets that also perform double or triple duty in the deck in some cases. Best example is the Soul (Brawn in the gy, 6/6 deathtouch, trample beatstick that loops back utility guys and also makes a plasm target).
Prophet of Kruphix, Scooze, Wonder, Brawn, Omni-Clone: Duh
Recursion package: Soul of Innistrad, Reanimator spells (there are 8 strict spells, 1 being Rise of the Dark Realms), Phyrexian Reclamation, Coffin Queen, Genesis, Snapcaster Mage, Archaeomancer, Diluvian Primordial. High Market, Phyrexian Tower, Shadowborn Demon, Fleshbag Marauder, Disciple of Bolas and a couple others serve to send your utility guys to their death for reuse.
Tutors/hand or yard filling: Demonic Collusion (discard outlet stapled to it? yep), Buried Alive, Jarad's Orders, Insidious Dreams (Instant speed discard outlet+tutor), Survival of the Fittest (soooo op), Lim-Dul's Vault (find the perfect 5, or tutor for the one card you absolutely need, at instant speed), Trading Post (all modes are relevant!), Moonlight Bargain (instant speed, put those cards where you need them), Frantic Search (Banned in legacy for a reason), Sultai Ascendancy (I would argue that it's better than Sylvan Library in this deck), Sphinx of Lost Truths (I almost never pay the kicker, dig and pitch fatties with a solid blocking body), Windfall (should be obvious), Disciple of Bolas (unbelievably good, I've drawn 10+ cards from him on numerous occasions; the best being animating svogthos, swinging for 10 to the face and feeding it to disciple)
Realms Uncharted/Life From the Loam: Deserves its own line. Realms gets you any 4 lands you need. Usually, I use this to grab either cycling lands to pair with life from the loam for a sick draw engine or Command/Phyrexian Towers, High Market, Opulent Palace, and Shocks depending on what's there on the board. It doesn't matter what your opponent chooses, just tutor up LftL.
Removal: Unfortunately, the deck's weakness is a lack of spot removal, but it is necessary in order to pack enough reanimator spells in.
Shadowborn Demon, Shriekmaw, Acidic Slime, Massacre Wurm, Scavenging Ooze, Fleshbag Marauder: Removal on a body that just keeps going, and going, and going...
Krosan Grip: Watch those blue mages cry.
Pernicious Deed (thanks conspiracy!), Life's Finale (board wipe+buried alive on an opponent... hmm, I wonder what to do with those fatties), Living Death (Turn the board state on its head, and probably win you the game if no one drops a wrath right after you), Toxic Deluge (kill the gods, you know you want to. All for 3 mana and some life that disciple will get back for you), Cyclonic Rift (Needs no introduction)
Random things that haven't been covered:
Sol Ring, signets, lantern, cultivate: Ramp
Witchbane Orb: Shuts off most yard hate, as well as x burn, edicts, mill and a whole mess of other stuff
Lightning Greaves: Almost every deck should have one.
Future Upgrades: Third filter/check land, other two fetches, Jin-Gitaxias, Yavimaya Hollow, Shizo, Death's Storehouse, Strip Mine, Phyrexian Dreadnaught, Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Entomb, ABU duals (in my dreams)
