-Fairly optimized list under 150€. It's very easy to make the list better by adding something like curiosity and jace wielder of mysteries, but that isn't really what I wanted to do with the deck personally. Also feel free to add more lands if the low count scares you, just in my testing, keeping even 1 land hands with some cheap draw is usually fine.
-Categories are usually just a card's main purpose, but so many cards have multiple very useful aspects, so take the categories with a grain of salt.
-I'd consider this deck somewhat high-powered casual, as you should be threatening to win by turns 6-8.
-Win conditions are usually burn with commander/urabrask/grapeshot, ideally with ojer. Generally urabrask provides so much this deck wants, burn, mana, and you get to flip it to hit an opponent's board, 3 treasures are always welcome, and if the saga gets to pt.3, you should just win that turn. Alternative win-cons are one of ral, or chandra using their ult. There's narset with windfall or winds of change, but even without narset is just really good filtering and can hamper opponents a good bit. And teferi is just so ridiculously good in this list, makes big creatures, draws a bit if you need, and fully wipes someone's board for not much effort.
-Other really good additions would be things like ledger shredder, snapcaster mage, birgi god of storytelling, mystical tutor, jace mind sculptor, cyclonic rift, fabricate, flusterstorm, mystic remora, etc, but with the budget I couldn't really justify keeping any of these in the list.
-If you feel like cutting down cost even more, you should definitely start with the medallions and replace them with some creatures like baral. Urabrask and teferi feel pretty core to the list, but obviously the mana base can be cheaper by a bit. And then jace is probably replaceable, I just like the card a lot after playing with it in the deck for a while
