A continuation of my KTK mill strategy. High-toughness creatures are put onto the field, protected by strong UB control. Phenax's entry is used to then tap the creatures to mill your opponent to death. Could conceivably connect with cards like Triton Tactics, Icy Blast, Thassa's Ire for some more combo fun.
Major cons: Card draw, and card draw control. Nothing like getting that Island when 5 walls are out and you just need a Phenax, and are now out of control spells
Another con: If mill doesn't work, then there are no other win cons. Nighthowler can hit well if Mind Sculpt goes off well, but you need to mill first to mill more, and milling first can be tough with this deck as Phenax is required for it to happen.
