Cedh budget Magda (EDH / Commander)

I created this deck for a friend. He always felt like he couldn't play cEDH because the cards are waaaay to expensive. But it's actually possible to make a good deck without selling any organs.

Magda, Brazen Outlaw is a deck that tries to create 5 treasures as fast as possible.
You do this by casting Magda, Brazen Outlaw and then tapping dwarves. There are multiple ways to get these dwarves tapped. You can either simply attack with them. Or when there are too many blockers on the field, put all your dwarves in a single vehicle by crewing it (it might get a bit crowded in there, but they will be fine.. trust me!)

Our way of winning is by controlling 5 treasures and sacrificing them to Magda, Brazen Outlaw ability. Then we want to search Clock of Omens and have an untapped dwarf on the field, thats also an artifact. We have multiple ways to get a dwarf artifact creature. There are the changelings in our deck ( Bloodline Pretender, Universal Automaton and Proteus Machine if you morph him) or we can turn a dwarf into an artifact (Ashnod's Transmogrant , Liquimetal Coating , Liquimetal Torque ).

If you control an untapped artifact dwarf creature and Clock of Omens you can make infinite treasures. You simple use Clock of Omens ability to tap itself and the artifact dwarf to untap the dwarf. By tapping the dwarf you create a treasure. So that means you have a new untapped treasure and an untapped dwarf artifact. So by looping this action you can make infinite tapped treasures!

We can still use these treasures to activate Magda, Brazen Outlaw ability to search our deck for any artifact and/or dragon. We can now either win by milling everyone out with Grinding Station, make infinite mana by searching Academy Manufactor and creating 2 extra artifacts alongside the treasures (so we can tap the clues and food instead of treasures, giving us unlimited mana). Once we have unlimited mana, we can use Pyrite spellbomb + Elixir of Immortality to shoot every other player health totals down to 0. Or if that doesn't work we can get Hellkite Tyrant in the end step before our turn.

If those plans fail we are kind in a pickle since this is a budget deck. So we will have to try to win by actual beat down... Our chances of winning become really low at this point. So try to time your combo well! The best time is to go for it as fast as possible or just after someone else tried to win. We are in luck, since we don't really have to cast spells to win. Magda, Brazen Outlaw ability puts cards into play, so we don't have to cast any spells to assemble our combo. And that means that most counterspell s wont work against us. We are also lucky that most cEDH decks don't play many creature removal spells, so Magda, Brazen Outlaw or Hellkite Tyrant usually stay on the field all game.
