Worldgorger Dragon / Animate Dead combo: Jagged Barrens, Piranha Marsh and Sunscorched Desert can kill the table while being infinitely flickered, while Akoum Refuge and Bloodfell Caves gain you infinite life which is cool to buy you some time but not necessarily game winning. Anje always enters untapped and has haste, so can be used to discard/draw each loop until we want to break the loop.
Hell Mongrel and Oblivion Crown are free discard outlets to get value from Bone Miser/Surly Badgersaur by discarding lands, can also untap a tapped Anje with them if needed.
Brallin, Faith of the Devoted, and Glint-Horn Buccaneer can just outright kill the table.
Animate Dead or Stitch Together are good to bring back Bone Miser/Surly Badgersaur for cheap.
The madness cards are mostly not meant to be cast, but if you discard a bunch of cards to get more mana/treasures you can use Avacyn's Judgment to finish the table off.
Change of Fortune is maybe a bad idea, counting is hard.
Bag of Holding and Shadow of the Grave let you re-use discarded cards. Separate cards you discarded this turn from the rest of your graveyard just in case you pop off.
