Board strategy

The planeswalkers are in and the Thoughtseizes are out as a way of preboarding for Midrange strategies.

Boarding in:

Thoughtseize - This card is important in match-ups against Heroic, Jeskai Tokens (or any other Combo deck), and Control decks.
Drown in Sorrow - This card is important in match-ups against Tokens and Red Aggro. It can also be good vs other, smaller Aggro decks or decks that rely on ramp (other than just Caryatid ramp).
Glare of Heresy - Good vs the mirror (Rhino, Anafenza, Roc, Elspeth), Jeskai tokens (Ascendancy, Seeker), U/W Control (Elspeth, Nyx-Fleece), and W/U Heroic (all their dudes). Decent vs Abzan Midrange (Rhino, Elspeth) and Abzan Whip (Rhino). Can be decent vs Mardu (Seeker, Butcher, Roc, Chains, BLight) or Boros (Seeker, Roc, Chains, Banishing Light), depending on what they're playing.
Downfall - Sometimes you need all four. Bring it in for Sultai Whip - for Kiora and Ashiok. Bring it in for Mardu, for Stormbreath.
Bile Blight - You'll need the fourth Bile Blight vs tokens and smaller aggro decks.
Back to Nature - Constellation decks, Whip decks (if you expect them to keep Whip in), Courser decks, Jeskai, U/W Control (if they use Banishing Light / Nyx-Fleece). Bring 1 or 2 in vs. Mardu / Boros if they rely on Chains and Banishing Light a lot. Could be alright vs Heroic, mostly to get rid of Aqueous Form. If anyone runs W/R Heroic, definitely bring it in (because Chains).

Boarding out:

Abzan Charm - Mardu and Boros decks (unless they're heavy on phoenixes). Jeskai Tokens. Red Aggro.
Downfall - U/W Control, W/U Heroic
Elspeth - Jeskai Tokens and W/U Heroic, Red Aggro
Sorin - Not very good vs Mardu, good in most other matchups. Probably so-so vs Sultai.
Bile Blight - W/U Heroic it's only good on turn two. Abzan Whip, drop down to 1 or 2, but keep one because of Hornet Queen tokens. Drop vs Abzan Midrange, U/W Control, and U/B Control. Depending on what you expect from Mardu, drop it (like vs control). Drop on the play vs Abzan Aggro.
Murderous Cut - drop vs Sultai Whip, vs Abzan Midrange, vs U/W Control, vs U/B Control, vs Mardu if they're on the token/phoenix/walker plan (but if they're running SBD, hella keep it), and vs Jeskai Tokens.
Anafenza - drop 1-2 vs Mardu and Abzan Midrange, 2 vs W/U Heroic
