To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

My take on a Zombie Tribal deck.
Building this deck for fun and on a budget so no Gravecrawler's, Cryptbreaker's or Geralf's Messenger's which rules out any plans for a fast aggro deck.
Instead, this deck focuses more on overwhelming the opponent with zombie tokens, then using spells to help get damage through.
Curse of Shallow Graves - the main part of this decks strategy. It allows you to replace a zombies that suicide charged into a stronger blocker so others got past. It also helps to re-build after a board wipe.
Dregscape Zombie - works well with Curse as it can come back from a board wipe, with haste, leaving behind a 2/2 token.
Stitched Mangler - here to stop an opponents blocker for 2 turns whilst also help prevent taking damage in early game.
Diregraf Captain - Zombie Lord, cheapest of the bunch money wise and deathtouch is helpful for blocking tramplers or when attacking with Menace.
Diregraf Ghoul - a 2/2 for 1 mana, enough said.
Graf Harvest - Swarming the field is pointless if your opponent an block every attacker and come out ahead. This helps push attacks through and lets you sink mana into making more tokens if needed.
Moan of the Unhallowed - two 2/2 tokens in a single card is a good deal, add flashback to that in case the game goes long and swarming suddenly becomes easier.
Dark Salvation - I typically consider this a 5 mana spell. At this much it drops two 2/2 tokens and will likely take out a monster (unless your really behind). Works better than most 5 mana spells however as it can also be used on turn 3 if required to make a makeshift blocker and possibly kill a weak aggro creature.
Ultimate Price - 2 mana kill spell. Pretty much a staple in every deck running Black. Can easily be swapped for Doom Blade or Go for the Throat depending on budget.
This is by no means competitive as it needs to get 3 mana before it can really start, however if you want a fun, flavorful Zombie tribal deck to play this is how I'd start. Could be improved by making it mono black for reliability but this would require more expensive Zombie Lords.
