This deck is all about getting your lands into and out of the graveyard. With The Gitrog Monster and Crawling Sensation you can have another 1/1 creature and draw an extra card every turn. And this isn't including all the delirium you'll be able to activate along the way.

With a relatively low Mana curve you should be able to activate Delirium for Traverse the Ulvenwald, Moldgraf Scavanger, and Obsessive Skinner by turn 5/6 giving you a good card advantage by then.
