To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
"Silly opponent, you thought you could play Magic?" :3
In all seriousness, I was playing online when I came across someone doing a variant of this deck, where their entire plan was to keep everything off the board (without CounterTop) until they drew Jace and fatesealed you into oblivion. While the pilot was a jerk, the deck did seem interesting enough to make me want to tinker with it and see if I can make a list that looks fun to play. The basic idea is you are running 12 actual copies of Counterspell, just you have to meet specific requirements for 8 of those copies. Not to mention that meeting those requirements gives you a possibly better, at least less expected, win con than Jace.
Yes, I did think about the "free" counters in Force of Will, Daze, and Pact of Negation. No, I haven't decided if I would want to use them.
