Deck # 2: The 13th House (EDH / Commander)

"Astrology has no thirteenth house back home in England, Mother Pharika. It stops at twelve. So I turned to the tarot, and the thirteenth card of the tarot is Death." Dr. Kylie Moriarty. "And you're quite right. Medicine is either a balm or a poison, depending on to whom it is administered, and in what amounts . . ."

Dr. Kylie Moriarty intercedes when her clone of Jace is attacked by a vengeful Vraska. After that, Kylie and Vraska get to talking and decide they agree that planeswalkers are too dangerous to be free.

Finding themselves on Theros, Kylie and Vraska begin building up a coalition of forces and are soon discovered by Pharika, God of Affliction. Kylie's medical knowledge outstrips even Pharika's, and so she invites the Brit to teach her all her surgical secrets, in return for being granted all of Pharika's knowledge of Theros medicine. The exchange of knowledge goes quite well, to the point where Pharika becomes the only deity Kylie considers to be real and worthy of worship.

This is a constellation deck that plays with the concept of weaponized healing and twisting life totals around, while improving the army Vraska has provided with Kylie's mad medical science. Or, with Kylie deliberately giving overdoses of her medical therapies to enemies so that the medications (lifelink spells and whatnot) that should bring them healing only sicken them instead.
Then comes the danger. Kylie's nightmares and her tarot cards have revealed to her a grave threat heading toward Theros, perhaps Emrakul herself. So, Pharika adds to Vraska's army and Kylie's mad medical science the power of constellations.
