Get Pemmin's Aura on Axebane Guardian or Bloom Tender to generate infinite mana. With that, you can:
Oona's Gatewarden is a defender 1-drop that helps Bloom Tender. Not essential, though some times blue mana can be somewhat short. Feel free to switch it or suggest other things but bear in mind the mana curve.
Drift of Phantasms can tutor Axebane Guardian or Pemmin's Aura (for the combo), and also Staff of Domination (for the 'win', if you got the combo already). If you feel like using something else in its stead, consider cards that help you assemble your combo or find your win condition.
Notice Bloom Tender with Pemmin's Aura generates infinite G only (or infinite G and B if Oona's Gatewarden is in play), but can only have one U in your mana pool at a time. This can be solved with Staff of Domination's untap ability.
Also, the Genesis Hydra of course need not be cast only with infinite mana available. You can cast it with whatever feels like a lot of mana, and it can get Pemmin's Aura into play enchanting a creature (so if you're going for the aura, you can leave one U available for immediate infinite mana), including the Hydra itself. This can turn it into a nasty flying beatstick if assembling your combo is proving hard.
I chose Pemmin's Aura over Freed from the Real because of the added resilience from the shroud activation, but it's really not essential for the combo and Freed from the Real is less demanding on blue mana (its casting cost). It does help in case you can't combo off straight away, and also if you have to go the Hydra beatstick route.
Of course, feel free to suggest cards. Notice there is no sideboard, you can suggest cards for that if you feel like it too.
