Bant Control (Standard)

Basic control deck made with cards from M15, Theros block, and Khans Block. Uses Blue to control and draw, White to assist in control aspects with spot removal as well as putting tokens on the board, green allows you to make sure you have the mana you need as well as thinning your deck with ramp cards.

Using this deck, you are trying to slow down your opponents deck enough where they must ask permission to play their spells, while making sure your late game spells stick and hit hard. Kiora is in the main board to help control any threats that slip by your counter spells, and if used fully will allow you to place a huge threat on the board every turn. With the two artifacts, you are able to completely cycle your deck twice so if you see a longer game you basically have unlimited cards.

The side board allows you to adjust to the deck you are playing against. If the deck is a fast aggro, playing the Nyx-Fleece ram will give you blockers and provide a small amount of life gain to prolong your game plan. The additional Planar Cleansing, you can board wipe more quickly if there is a need to do so. Also if enchantments are becoming an issue, the back to nature will remedy that, although it will kill the sheep.
