Comments and advices are welcome.

Main points :

  • Mana ramp to get Sisay fast (T2 idealy, T3 max)
  • Enough protection to keep her alive (this is the hardest part)
  • Handle/Lock the board 'till combo

Typical game :

  • Any ramp to get Sisay by turn 3 (turn 2 if Sol ring turn 1 or Mana crypt turn 1 or 2)
  • Your first fetch will often be Gaeia's craddle (if you have any creature in game when doing it, which is often the case du to the high number of mana producers costing 1G). If lucky, this will happen on turn 3 (either Sisay T2 or some boots for celerity). If insanely lucky, it will be T2.
  • After this fetch, all will depend on your opponent :
Solution 1 - the opponent has no way of controlling your gameplay, you have 2 white mana and 7 or more total mana - : fetch Elesh Norn and play it to wipe everything below 2 toughness while increasing your own creatures (turn 3 or 4). Next turn do the same with Kamahl and destroy 2/3 lands with his ability (remember, if all went well we are on turn 4 or 5 by now so that hurts a lot). If none of these 2 is handled, you win (destroying all lands, while they probably have a clean board due to early Elesh and you can attack every turn, even with 3/3 lands if you want).
Solution 2 - the opponent has nothing to handle you but you don't have the mana pre-requisite for Elesh : play Kamahl first and Elesh next.
Solution 3 - the opponent can influence your gameplay (counterspells, creature kills, disartifact, etc) : try to lock his bord while you are playing. Fetching Doran can allow you to play freely for the next turns, Linvala can lock bothersome or mana abilities, Michiko Konda can prevent multiple little damage source to be used, Rune-Tail can allow you to block easily big non-trampling creatures, Arashi can get rid of flying nuisances, Hokori can nearly lock the opponent (remember you have a Gaeia's craddle), Mangara of Corondor can get rid of any troublesome permanent, Gaddock Teeg is nice against heavy spells decks (no armaggedon or wrath of god, not to mention you can prevent the opponent from playing strong spells for himself). Once the game turns in your favor, go back to the good old Elesh/Kamahl or use any combo to win.

Combos (2 or 3 cards, one of them can be tutored by Sisay, except for the first one):

Synergies :

Optimal game :
T1 : Green mana + bird (+ mana crypt + Illusionist bracers or Boots/Greaves, but that would be a bit too lucky)
T2 : Gaeia's craddle (needed in hand at the beginning of the game in that case) + Seeker of Skybreak + Illusionist bracers (or Boots/Greaves if bracers were played T1)
T3 : Infinite mana with Skybreak + Bird. Boots/Greaves/Thousand year elixir + Sisay + play all your legendary spells in the deck and use them as you please. You won.

The real s**t (requires 7 specific cards on 9 you'll have at T2, an the 2 unspecific still need to be lands that grant green mana, so this is kinda impossible) :
T1: Green mana + Mana crypt + Azusa + Gaea's craddle + green mana + bird + skybreak
T2: Illusionist bracers + Boots or Greaves or Thousand year elixir. Win.
