To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
New idea of JGar. Been designing a deck like this for a long time. This deck is based on the card called Notion Thief, it basically gives you the amount of cards another player would draw except the first one after the upkeep phase. So, this deck will give a fair amount of cards to the opponents, that's why I've included some removal to keep things rolling and to not lose the control of the game.
EARLY GAME: Based on removal basically. Keep away the early pressure you might get. "Dakra Mystic" comes in handy on this stage because of its drawing capability. Try to draw to get your combo pieces.
MID GAME: Cast any creature you draw or stay defensive casting instants. Try to save time until you have Notion Thief so you can start drawing cards and pump up your Chasm Skulkers.
LATE GAME: The game is already yours. If you have a notion thief in the battlefield you've won already. Try to protect it at all costs with counterspells (there are some dispels in the sideboard just in case). A single "Whispering Madness" can turn the tides of a game. Also, try to cast "Cyclonic Rift" paying its overload cost at their turn so you can make them discard all they've got. Another win condition is to cast Thought Gorger, but do it only if you have casted whispering madness and have an elixir of immortality on the board.
MOST OF THE CARDS ON THIS DECK RELIES ON NOTION THIEF. TRY TO PROTECT IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.
GENERAL TIP: Try to have Elixir of Immortality at the battlefield, because you can mill yourself.
