Willowdusk EDH - BG Tokens, lifegain & combo extravaganza (EDH / Commander)

Welcome to Willowdusk's Lively Token Combo Extravaganza!

Tokens - Pests, foremost, as they also gain life, and then a couple of token producers in Golgari colors - The deck has many ways to make use of tokens (I count at least 13 cards that directly profit from having access to lots of dispensable creatures) for lifegain, ramp, card draw, pinging opponents and attacking

Lifegain - The win conditions of the deck mostly center around pinging the opponents via life gain --> drain and hitting them very hard with evasive creatures pumped by Willowdusk's lifegain trigger - The deck can also use the lifegain to make even more tokens, draw cards, and, of course, stay alive long enough to make everyone not want to play anymore

I tried to only include cards that have multiple levels of synergy with these themes, or are necessary to build up a board where synergies are possible.

My notable "Damn, I never knew this card until I researched for this deck" are:

Perilous Forays - If the token engines are online, this can ramp you for all the basics left in the deck in a matter of a few turns

Pain's Reward - Has, together with Willowdusk and one lifelink creature, the potential to kill one player as early as turn 4 (T1: tapland T2: e.g. Vault Skirge T3: Willowdusk T4: Pain's Reward, activate Willowdusk, attack

Essence Warden - I thought only white had this effect

Mind Slash - A brutal card (not playing it, but severly tempted)

Nether Traitor - With Phyrexian Altar a "base duo" for a lot of infinite combos (in this case: Blight Mound for infinite life gain and mana, and with one of the drain for gain/die cards a game-ender), and a great finisher with a Willowdusk activation afterwards

Combo 2 in this deck is Phyrexian Altar + Blight Mound + Weinwitch Coven + Essence Warden / Valentin, Dean of the Vein = infinite ETB, infinite life (and infinite drain with one of those cards)

You can also sack all your creatures for 3 life each mana-neutrally with Phyrexian Altar + Sylvok Lifestaff, and with one mana generated per non-token creature with Blight Mound out, which, with Sanguine Bond or Vito can probably take one opponent out

With Well of Lost Dreams out, you can use the Phyrexian Altar + Nether Traitor combo to draw your whole deck, and then play it
