To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is a slightly different take on the most common build of B/W Eldrazi Midrange in Modern:
I took out the Lingering Souls, and replaced them with 3 Lilianas, and additional discard (Wrench Mind).
In theory, this fits the general strategy better: we want to keep the opponent short on (meaningful) cards, and win with hopefully undercosted beaters (or Liliana Ultimates). Lingering Souls is a very powerful card, but apart from Sorin, it has no synergies whatsoever with the rest of the deck. And Lingering Souls together with Liliana of the Veil would be too many 3drops.
For the mana to work, this deck needs 16+ sources of Black mana (so that the chance for double black is > 80% with 3 mana available). In consequence, it has only one utility land spot apart from Eldrazi Temple (so only 1 Mutavault), which is the main price you have to pay to be able to cast Liliana of the Veil and Liliana, the Last Hope on turn 3 reliably.
No Shambling Vent, since this deck hopes to curve out quickly, and play the right discard or creature on each turn.
White is now used for only Path to Exile and Sorin, Solemn Visitor mainboard. This might not look like much, but Path is so much better than any mono-black removal, and it synergizes with Wastelands Strangler. Sideboard, we have access to Disenchant, and Stony Silence, which are key cards sorely missed in a mono-black build of the deck.
Iām going to test this, and see whether it is worth dropping Lingering Souls, or not.
