Well times have changed, my deck costs only 20 bucks 4 years ago, but with modern getting tougher, i decided to modify the Budget to $60.
Tempo Control beat down on a budget. If you like ninjas, this is the deck for you.
Deck has been play tested extensively in xmage/forge and real life with decent results for a considerably cheap casual. Its fun and also challenging to play this deck.
Mass up cheap faeries. Keep mana open to counter or bounce/disrupt. Dismember is your only creature removal, it helps in a lot of matchups where you really want that creature dead.
For budget options you can replace spellsnare with other counterspells or bounce. For sideboards hibernation is important our matchup against fast green aggro is weak. Hurkyl's recall is also important, for cheaper options you may consider annul. Merfolk is a very very tough matchup.
