I got bored of making endless lackluster GRN decks so I wanted to make something I'd appreciated for a while. Red Black Pirates.

Despite how much I play on untap, I'm still not the best player so don't be afraid to use this as a backbone and undo all my stupid choices. However, take out Angrath and you're walking the plank.

The general idea is to just be swinging at their face with pirates, whilst using your better judgement with the removal spells. There are probably too many in there, but I just couldn't think of any other Red/Black spells to substitute. Sword-Point Diplomacy is just a nice card, and March of the Drowned is there to bring you back later in the game if you lose steam.

Angrath I have used mostly to -3 him the turn he is played, it is just nice to remove a blocker and gain an attacking creature. Watch your opponents smug face turn to one of sadness as their precious Ghalta betrays their stompy deck. The +1 is still nice though, nobody likes having to discard a card.

Happy pillaging folks.
