The idea is simple: Survive until you can cast Narset, Enlightened Master (if you get lucky it could be in turn 4) and then have fun. Don't worry if you draw an expensive spell (like Time Stretch or Storm Herd) that you won't be able to cast soon; you can put it back in the library with Brainstorm or Dream Cache for the next attack with Narset, or with See Beyond for later.
If attacking with Narset doesn't seem like a good idea (perhaps because the opponent has a 8/8 or something) don't worry, many instants can protect her or give her evasion, and you have good chances of finding one among the 4 cards she exiles
Exiling 4 cards per turn seems like you'll run out of cards but don't worry. Sooner or later you'll get Elixir of Immortality to shuffle your graveyard (exiled cards with Narset will go to your graveyard if you cast them)
