To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Use Kheru Bloodsucker, Qarsi High Priest and Jalira, Master Polymorphist as sacrifice engines. Sacrifice creatures to manifest more to the field. When Ruthless Ripper manifests turn face up for direct damage. Grim Haruspex gives card draw for each creature sacrificed and is a 3/2 for B when manifested. Sultai Emissary is sacrifice fodder to manifest more cards. Kheru Bloodsucker does direct damage and life gain when sacrificing anything toughness 4 or greater and gets a +1/+1 counter for each creature sacrificed. Ashiok offers more sacrifice options or creatures to hold the field if overwhelmed. Corpseweft can turn sacrificed creatures into more tokens for sacrifice or a beater. The dragons do the main damage, Necromaster provides zombies and Deathfang makes the opponent match your sacrifices. Chasm Skulker can become a beater or provide tokens for attack against blue decks or for more sacrifices. Sidisi tutors Silumgar the Drifting Death to anchor the field. Gravepurge is a failsafe in case you move through your creatures too quickly. Spell-Eater and Silumgar Sorcerer are used for countering spells. Briber's Purse gives great field control for unblockables or flying creatures when dragons haven't shown up yet. Altar of the Brood is just one of my favorites to continuously slough off some of their deck.
