($20) Energy Control (Casual)

You stick a Dynavolt Tower and then don't let your opponent play magic. There are actually a lot of options on this build, even within the budget. Whirler Virtuoso looks like a strong option if you can find enough energy producers. The cantrips can be swapped or added to with easy includes like Opt. The counter magic can be upgraded to Dissipate, Censor, Miscalculation, or Essence Scatter. You could go up on Harnessed Lightning or Sweltering Suns, or look at Earthquake and Starstorm.

With all those options, and the fact this is a control deck, I would try to anticipate a meta before putting this together 100%. Against other Red control decks, Virtuoso is terrible. But against Black control, it's fantastic. Blue aggro cares a lot less about Earthquake than pretty much anyone else. And Green can totally confound Confiscation Coup and Harnessed Lightning, so you might need to look at Mind Control.

The sideboard is also key to this deck, and very tentative right now. There's also the possibility we're supposed to be using Aether Hub for a light splash for Ultimate Price or the like. The fact that it's often a 5 colored land is ignored in the main, but that could be incorrect.
