Temur Growth Spurt (Modern)

Take your Growers, give 'em some Spurts, and watch 'em tear down your opponents.

Inspired by decks like UR Kiln Fiend and Miracle Grow, Growth Spurt is looking to use cheap, efficient spells to make early drop creatures very large and grow them out of control. While Kiln Fiend is all in on going fast, looking for a turn 3 kill and Miracle Grow is all about grinding out the game and getting creature value off of it, Growth Spurt sits somewhere in the middle. Here, we can absolutely still pull off the turn 3 with Kiln Fiend, but we also have other options including going plainly tall with Deeproot Champion and Quirion Dryad, going wide with Young Pyromancer, clearing the board with Thing in the Ice, or just being a plain old nuisance with Delver of Secrets.

The Growth enablers are pretty self-explanatory. Draw spells, pump spells, free spells, removal, and protection spells. The ratio probably isn't perfect.

The sideboard is simply tuned to what I see the meta to currently be. If yours is different, feel free to adjust it.

The maybeboard contains cards that I think are definitely worth looking at, but may not fit into the deck properly/simply haven't been tested. I think that they can be viable options, and it's possible that some of them are. I simply haven't been convinced that they are better than the things in the mainboard.
