Torbran is kind of ridiculous! This deck is inspired by this CoolStuffInc article:
https://www.coolstuffinc.com/a/abesargent-09272019-top-fifteen-ways-to-break-torbran

The idea is to turn small burn into big burn via Torbran's +2 dmg ability. With Torbran out, End the Festivities is a 1-mana Anger of the Gods and Pyrohemia outright wins games.

This build leans more towards Mono-R stompy than going all-in on pingers. (Though we could go that route with Thermo-Alchemist & friends, who would each drain opponents for 3+ life per turn.) Here, Blood Moon, Smoke, and Manabarbs slow our opponents down while we build our board state. We want to play politics until we unleash a volcanic barrage of damage, supported by mana & damage multipliers like Fiery Emancipation and Gauntlet of Power. Some of the Chandra cards also let us copy our instants & sorceries, serving as virtual damage doublers. Howling Mine and Mana Flare are group hug cards that help reduce the target on our back. There are also a couple tricky plays enabled by Fork & Reverberate, which allow us to copy useful spells like draw and removal, or to serve as counter-counterspells when we try to resolve a big spell of our own.

There are a number of plays which should generally win us the game once Torbran is on the field:

-- Fiery Emancipation into Fiery Confluence for 36 damage to each opponent
-- Repercussion // (Toralf, God of Fury + Mythril Coat) into Blasphemous Act // Chain Reaction
-- Pyrohemia // Aether Flash keeps our opponents' boards clear, especially with Brash Taunter // Wrathful Red Dragon
-- Gauntlet of Power // Mana Flare into the biggest Jaya's Immolating Inferno // Earthquake you ever saw

Some things to remember:
-- Torbran is a 'monolithic' commander. You need him on the field to keep pace with what the other kids at the table are likely doing. Make sure you have a way to protect him whenever possible.
-- Your opponent will get to decide the order of triggers for damage replacement effects on their creatures. Generally, this means Torbran's +2 dmg will be applied after any doubling effect(s).
-- Dictate of the Twin Gods can also be used offensively to boost an opponents' army. Sometimes this will knock out an otherwise troublesome player right then and there.
-- Don't try to control every threat at the table. Not only will that paint an even bigger target on your back, you will run out of gas. You need to lean heavily into the politics for your plan to succeed.

The deck is aimed to be a 7-7.5 power scale, good for casual games of EDH. There's a flavor theme around the "royal family" of Torbran, Jaya, Chandra, and Koth, who I imagine to be ruling the land from deep within their mountain fortress. It's more cute than optimal power-gaming. Sometimes it feels like you're playing mono-R superfriends...

As of the time of this writing, the total budget is under $300, and could be reduced further to ~$200 by cutting Nykthos & Valakut.
