Very risky, but very funny. Kind of unpredictable, because every match feels different depending on your draw and your opponent.
Main Idea: Get rid of (most of) your library with Inverter of Truth and win via Maniac Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. If you've got 3+ Cards in your library you can also win via Inverter themself.
Tip: Use the Relic's Exile-All-Ability only if needed, because the instant-cantrip ability is very nice to win on your turn. Try thinning your graveyard with the first ability.
Mulligan only if needed. It's needed, when you have neither the Inverter nor a Maniacan Oracle in your starting hand. Counterspells are worth more than Removal most of the times. Try to have something for T1. (Inquisition of Kozilek, Relic of Progenitus or Consider)
If you want to win fast: T3 Inverter(with 1 or 2 [if Gitaxian Probe is one of them] cards in your gy) into T4 Maniac Oracle with a Dispel Counter in hand or Relic out. Otherwise playing Maniac before Inverter is no Problem most of the times, because if they kill him, he can get back into your library. Playing Oracle before Inverter is viable, if the opponent won't exile her or your gy.
Tip: Normally, you don't need to protect your Inverter. Most opponents use their kill spells to kill Maniacs Ledger Shredder and Inverter without really needing it, try to use it to your advantage.
It's nice to have two Inverter in your hand. Play one, get back your nice thinned grave and play the other one after the first one died and you've got no more cards left in your library. You can repeat this process as often as you like, but be aware of Counterspells. It also works with Otawara, Soaring City in Hand, since you can bounce your own Inverter and after playing them, you'll get your Otawara back into your Lib.
At last: The most important thing in every match is playing your Inverter at the right time. If you're too early, you'll lack important spells in your hand/gy. On the other hand, it's possible to play them without a Maniac Jace or Oracle, but that's very risky.
(Also I would like to play one Eye of Ugin [coupled with another Urborg] for a possible T3Win[T1 Urborg+ Inquisition, T2 Eye of Ugin+ Inverter, T3 Sunken Ruins + Oracle])
Sideboarding& Maybeboard:
Game1 might have been easy, but for Game2 and 3 you need to sideboard matching their probable antiplay. One Coax from the blind Eternities in for an Inverter. Maybe board Leveler and the second Jace.
Plague Engineer, Drown in Sorrow and Damnation are a great 5card package against any tribal aggro decks that might have won Game1 with no problems. Go for the throat should be boarded out vs Artifact heavy decks like Affinity or Hammer.
A lucky Ghost Quarter for LandShenanigans. Dress Down for Creature based Combo Decks/Abusive Etb Decks and Spell Pierce for Control Decks and non-creature based combo decks like Storm. (Might get replaced by Flusterstorm in the long run)
Ashiok as another source of gy and tutor hate. I rarely need to board them. Could get replaced by the Elderspell for more antiplay to 4cc, anything teferi and possible superfriends decks emerging in the future or by divide by zero as a possible future sideboard pick. Drown in the Loch didnt perform very well with Relic in the mb. The Meathook massacre might replace Drown in Sorrow. Dispel and Dauthi Voidwalker got cut for Spell Pierce and Ledger Shredder.
Smother out for Eliminate. One of Hero's Downfall for the SB possible. Currently running one LabMan instead of the Ghost Quarter in the SB. Might replace it with Spreading Seas. Brazen Borrower also another option.
