Dromokas Heroic Men (Standard)

So this is an attempt to get +1/+1s on to creatures, I have only been playing magic for a month, so this is a work in progress so let me know what you guys think please and thank you.

So I have found Dromokas command can be vital in this deck and can be used as a very dirty blocking or combat trick to get your +1/+1 then attack selected creature.

Im going for more spells to protect my creatures vs, removal as most of the times my creatures with the +1/+1s can remove them by combat.
When you do get into trouble there is valorous stance there to hopefull knock out some creatures with 4 toughness etc. The side board adds a lot more removal options and is still a big work in progress.

The only cards im not 100% on right now are Ordeal of Nylea (works about 40% of the time)
-Gods willing although great for protection, scry and activing heroic on some classes I wonder what else could be in that slot maybe theres nothing else like it.
-Servant of the scale was just added recently and has won me some games in the late game but am not 100% on him yet, possibly thinking of replacing for Favored Hoplite or even 2 more Phalanx Leaders.
Finally Reap What is Sown is still on the fence for me, but I think its a keeper because it can set off heroic on multiple targets and was even used to give a 3 toughness dragon 4 toughness so Valorous could be used. Inspiring call is my other option for the bounter boosting instant slot.

Pleases please please let me know what you think of the deck, any and all advice would be greatly appreciated, like I said im new to the game with no real card games background. What could be replaced, what could be upgraded, where am I slow and where r my weak points. Thank you all very much.
