So this is a mono-white lifegain similar to Soul Sisters in strategy. The idea is to exploit Seraph Sanctuary and Angelic Accord to fill the board with tokens and gain massive life, then drop Felidar Sovereign as a win condition. Back up win through brute force can be obtained with the Seraph's if they have Sunbond on them (takes the place of the pridemates in trad Soul Sisters). Nyx-Fleece Ram is standing in for the soul sisters themselves and can be enchanted with Call to Serve to continue triggering Seraph Sanctuary. The thing is, to get the 4/4 Angel tokens, you need to be gaining 4+ life each turn. That's why you see Angel's Feather in the board. You could add some Radiant Fountains into the mix if you really wanted to for additional life gain. The lifegain system is kind of tricky to keep up and I'm not sure if this build will really hold up for serious Modern play, which is why I switched it to Casual. It's also not using the best cards--obviously, legit soul sisters would be better than sheep, but this is kind-of a budget build I threw together mostly for kicks and cause I own most of the playsets already.
