Splashing green to get access to Essence Warden along with the other three soul sisters to better feed Ghostway. Basic strategy: drop as many soul sisters as you can, then ghostway. You get insane life when they all see each other as they reenter the board. Then drop Felidar for the win when you are over 40. If you get lucky and nab a Martyr and lots of white in your starting hand, the process is even faster. No ranger of Eos because Felidar is CMC 6 which is beyond that card's reach so you just have to hope you draw him and keep building life buffer while you wait. Spear of Heliod makes the soul sisters a little more resilient but it's a good card to cut when sideboarding since it doesn't make a huge difference by mid game. Fog is there to hold off your opponent till you can cast Ghostway and Explore is so you can get to six lands faster and cast Felidar early game if the stars align just right.
I feel like this version isn't as reliable as the original, but it's different and Felidar is cheaper than Serra Ascendant and frankly, he's an inevitable win rather than just a likely one. Getting Serra Ascendant out as a 6/6 in turn 3 is pretty sweet, but she can't end the game in a single turn and she dies to removal. Felidar dies to removal too, but he only needs to be protected till upkeep if you play him after you hit 40 life.
This deck is similar to my Felidar Angel deck, but the key difference is that the mana curve is more aggressive (like the original soul sisters deck) and the strategy is simpler because you don't have to plan for how many life you get each turn in order for the lifegen to function. Basically, Felidar Angel is a midrange deck and this is more aggro, I think.
