Modern Frames Cube

An attempt at making a Cube where the cards have the Modern frames.

Archetypes

White-Blue: Flash

Play instant cards, such as Counterspell and Disenchant, alongside cards with flash, such as The Wandering Emperor and Deceiver Exarch. Win with payoff cards, such as Prairie Dog and Brineborn Cutthroat, and threats like Vendilion Clique.

Blue-Black: Self-Mill/Empty Library

Completely follow through the strategy of winning the game with Living Conundrum or Laboratory Maniac, with cards to get to your goal, such as Doomsday, Selective Memory, and Balustrade Spy. Other cards, such as Deep-Sea Terror and Devourer of Memory, are in the deck to synergize with self-mill.

Black-Red: Madness

Play around discarding cards such as Senseless Rage, Gisa's Bidding, Blazing Rootwalla, and Twins of Maurer Estate. Enable the strategy with discard effects, such as Bog Witch, Thrill of Possibility, Seasoned Pyromancer, and Liliana of the Veil.

Red-Green: Dinosaurs

Win aggresively by playing around the Dinosaur creature type, with cards such as Belligerent Yearling, Charging Monstrosaur, and Carnage Tyrant.

Green-White: Tokens Go Wide

Win by overwhelming the opponents with a huge board of creature tokens, with the help of Raise the Alarm, Protector of Gondor, and Jade Mage, further strengthen them with Phantom General and Treeguard Duo.

White-Black: Life Manipulation

Use your life total as a resouce, with noteable cards such as Dark Confidant, Death's Shadow, and Sign in Blood, to synergize alongside with cards such as Starseer Mentor, Star Charter, First Response, and Vampire Scrivener. In an emergency, play cards such as Children of Korlis, Alabaster Mage, or Scrounger of Souls.

Blue-Red: Prowess

Have fun throwing out noncreature spells, such as Thought Scour and Char, to beatdown the opponent, alongside noteable creature cards such as Monastery Swiftspear and Sprite Dragon.

Black-Green: Food

Create Food tokens with generators, such as Scream Puff, Savvy Hunter, Mintstrosity, and The Underworld Cookbook, and sacrifice them with cards such as Sweettooth Witch, Feasting Troll King, and Giant Opportunity.

Red-White: Equipments

Make your creatures be more threatening with equipments, such as Bonesplitter, Lavaspur Boots, and Umezawa's Jitte, and equip them to creatures such as Armory Veteran and Kor Duelist.

Green-Blue: Self-Bounce

Play around bringing back your creatures from the battlefield back to your hand with cards, such as Peel fron Reality and Temur Sabertooth, to repeat enter the battlefield triggered abilities, like Man-o'-War. Payoff cards such as Barrin, Tolarian Archmage and Three Tree Scribe appear to support this archetype.
