To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is a no-expenses-spared turbofog deck for highlander. It uses all seven of its allotted points in Ancestral Recall (3), Crucible of worlds (1), Enlightened Tutor (1), Muddle the Mixture (1), and Tolarian Academy (1).
How to play with this deck: You'll need access to all three of the deck's colors as soon as possible. I recommend taking mulligans until you have the landbase you need.
Against a deck that wants to win with creatures, you'll also want an early fog effect, Forcefield, or one of the tax enchantments (Propaganda, etc.). Once you've managed to slow down an aggressive deck, your draw engines should provide you with enough fog effects to protect yourself until your opponent decks himself.
Against another control deck, you'll want to bide your time until you can silence your opponent to force through one of your win cons - Jace's Erasure, Sphinx's Tutelage, or a Jace Planeswalker. Once it sticks, you should be able to hang on to your counters to protect it until you're able to mill your opponent out.
Against combo decks, well, feel free to disregard my previous advice about taking mulligans to get your land base; instead look for one of your silver bullets. Against storm, you're equipped with Angel's Grace, Flusterstorm, Orim's Chant, Silence, and Render Silent; to deal with reanimator, you have Grafdigger's Cage, Karakas, and fog effects in general; For Elfball, you should be fine playing normally, though banefire remains a major threat that we can't exactly deal with outside of our Leyline of Sanctity; For Pattern Rector and Scapeshift, we have Mindlock Orb, but that's about it as those decks are simply bad matches for us (Though Angel's Grace can save us from Scapeshift).
