U/B Mill Budget (Casual)

-The Top Mill Card Glimpse the Unthinkable is here replaced by the budget Choice Breaking/Entering

-The second Top Tier Mill Card Mind Funeral (or sometimes Breaking/Entering additionally to Glimpse) is replaced by the cheaper Mind Sculpt

-The usual Mass Removal Damnation is replaced by Infest, it is weak compared to Damnation but it's cheap which counts more for this Deck

-Depending on your Budget and your personal preferences you could play 4 Thought Scour or 4 Visions of Beyond or split in 2/2, Thought Scour Replaces itself and Mills 2 Cards,while Visions could (and mostly should) give you 3 Cards without Milling anything, another Option would be Pilfered Plans which Milsl 2 Cards and gives 2 Cards, but Costs 2 Mana more

-For Jace or Ashiok it's the same Budget and or personal preference

The rest of the Maybeboard are some ideas for Cards which could work well, but mainly those are the cards if foudn in other decks or were suggested to try but haven't been
