the strategy is to use spell counters early in the game to keep the battlefield limited while you get Sphinx's Tutelage in play. That in conjunction with Monastery Siege and Dictate of Kruphix should start making mince meat of their library. I also added Courser and Horizon Chimera to keep life plentiful as well as fog cards to clear combat damage whe counter spells werent enough. Aerospouts should be saved to nuke the battlefied and force them to burn the cards when they are back in the library. I have struggled with mana ramp decks if i dont get a perfect draw so dont be afraid to mulligan in an attempt to start the game with at least on sphinx
