This deck is all about Exhume and getting ahead this way early on.
Cards that can help you to fill your graveyard with the cards you need there are:
Putrid Imp
Golgari Thug
Bog Witch
Erebos's Titan

Where the Putrid Imp is by far the strongest one of those cards.
You want to get the really beatdown cards into your graveyard.
So you are looking to discard cards like:
Massacre Worm
Sheoldred, Whispering One
Massacre Wurm
Carnifex Demon

Especially the Wurm is a good card to get back as often as possible.
To support that you can cast Culling The Weak, sac the Wurm and get it back directly, because you just got 4 black mana into your manapool.
Otherwise you can attack and try to get Ink-Eye through with playing with Ninjutsu.
That is definitly the more easy way to get your board full of dem beats!

So that Exhume gives your opponent a creature aswell we need to get rid of that or play Exhume while there are no creatures in the enemies grave.
So we need some nice cards to get rid of creature which come back through Exhume and support our opponent in a way too string way.
These are:
Cannibilize
Innocent Blood
Murderous Cut
Terror

This should help for some time.
For Small creature we still have our Wurm, which gives -2/-2 even if we sac him again and let him come into play again, we get -4/-4 which should kill pretty everything on the board early on.
