Corrupt Deck (Monoblack Lifegain/Discard)

The basic premise of this deck is to get a headstart against your opponent by ensuring he doesnt have access to as many cards as you do. This deck is filled with enough kill-creatures that you should have no problem getting rid of the few that slip passed your discard spells. All the creatures used for attacking have flying or a manner of being difficult to block.

Strategy if you're uncertain what you can do during you turn (provided you have multiple options) it is always better to make your opponent discard than to get another card on the field. You can always regain your health back, at least that has always been my rule of thumb with this deck. Dont worry to much, your hp will at times get a little low, but it will eventually go back up.

Liliana's -2 is arguably better than her -8 for this deck. Use it to get Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood then just do 1 point of damage to your opponent and gg you win.

There are some modifications that can probably be made to this deck. If you can think of any please feel free to add them in the comments section.

Sideboard: Bloodhust Ritualist or Duress in place of thoughtseize if you dont have one or don't want to buy one (Now placed in the maybeboard). If you're against a non-creature deck then replace the royal assassins and Gatekeepers of Malakir with Ravenous Rats then guul draz assassin with Pulse Tracker. There have been cases where I've preferred Corrupt over Crypt ghast in cases where the enemy has a creature control deck and the crypt ghast won't survive to deal any damage, so switch out at least 2. Additionally some Kill cards were added to the sideboard because a potent weakness for this deck is quickdrop assassins. Those will help to get rid of the problematic ones (i.e. Guul Draz Assassin).
