Beastmaster Ascension can usually be triggered immediately and is usually a win condition
Champion of Lambholt is a win condition when paired with any token producer (it gets really big then all of your creatures are unblockable)
Cathars' Crusade makes your tokens very large very quickly. An example of this is if 3 tokens come into play, all creatures you control on the board will get +3/+3 and the tokens entering will get +2/+2 then +1/+1 and +0/+0 (doesn't matter which token gets the counters, you choose how they enter)
Scroll Rack + Land Tax is a classic combo (use Scroll Rack to put cards you don't want on top, then on upkeep search for land and shuffle. Repeat until you get spicy cards)
